SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship and receive my order?

Due to the nature of our products all orders will be done on a made-to-order basis. Meaning that once an order was placed it will take up to 2-3 weeks for the product to be finished and another 1-2 weeks for the order to be delivered at the address of choice.

We are only a small team so please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your orders to be made, processed, and shipped to the address of your choice. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email notification along with your shipping info.

Shipping info will be updated at least 24 hours and shipping speed may vary depending on the season as well as your location. We appreciate your patience and support.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. Please verify the correct item size has been selected before completing the checkout process. 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED FOR ANY PRODUCTS ORDERED.

What if the item came in damaged or defective?

All items are carefully inspected before shipment. If the items received came in damaged or defective please contact us immediately WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee any help or accommodations for the damaged product.

ORDER QUESTIONS

Can I update, change, or cancel my order?

If you need a size or colour change, please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER providing us with your order number, email address, and shipping information. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. 

We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your order, just contact us immediately and we'll gladly cancel the order for you.

NOTE: If you attempt to cancel your order 3 days after placing your order, or if the product has been shipped; we can no longer honour and accept your request.
